WHAT DO STUDENTS SAY ABOUT THE HUB?
At the Hub, students are at the heart of everything we do. Read real experiences from real students who have used our spaces and services to study, connect and thrive.
“The space is consistently quiet, clean, and conducive to focused study, which makes a significant difference when preparing for exams and assessments. It feels safe, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for students who need a productive atmosphere.”
“It's like uni has come to us!”
“Now that the semester has wrapped up, I wanted to take a moment to thank each of you for your kind and unwavering support throughout SWOT week and my exam days. I’m especially grateful for how seamlessly you handled the unexpected flooding at the Broady Hub. I’m deeply thankful for the way each of you went above and beyond to ensure my exam period was smooth and supported. Your thoughtfulness didn’t go unnoticed, and it meant more than I can say.”
“This place is the dream for every student. The staff at NSH is the sweetest and most helpful; the hub has computers, charging plugs and even rooms that we can book during the last exam days. Also, it’s near public transport. I have been a regular student here and I absolutely love it.”
“What I love most about the Northern Study Hub is how supportive and accessible it feels. The staff are amazing, and the added security makes it feel safe and comfortable. It’s made a real difference to my study routine.”
“It was really nice to meet you and I appreciate you taking the time to show me around the Study Hub. This is honestly an amazing initiative and I hope other University students make use of this space and support.”
“I have wanted to find such a place to study, especially one that is not too far from my home. I think this fits it.”
“I love that it is a clean, safe space for myself to come and study. Located conveniently near the train station and with ample parking. Completing my degree online, I don't have a campus to visit. The Northern Study Hub helps me feel connected with other uni students whilst still being close to home. Thanks!”
